PhiloHappiness

This course is tailored to each person who feels unhappy, lost the joy of life, feels demotivated, drags themselves out of bed everyday and all they want is to sleep and be left alone. Stoicism emphasizes that the key to a good, happy life is the cultivation of an excellent mental state, which is identified with virtue and being rational. The ideal life is one that is in harmony with Nature, of which we are all part, and an attitude of calm indifference towards external events. The exploration of the theoretical approach of stoicism will be extended through a practical integrative combination of philosophy teaching, coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programing, art & music therapy, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and breathwork.. Discussing happiness from a philosophical point of view is the key to finding a personal vision of the world which goes hand in hand with who we are instead of what we are supposed to be.

Expected learning outcomes:

  • Reflect on your way of living and learn how to make changes for a happier life and a better understanding of the “inner-self”.
